Every sensible purifier decision starts with a number. TDS — total dissolved solids — tells you how much dissolved mineral content your supply carries, and it is what separates water that needs reverse osmosis from water that only needs disinfection. Hardness tells you how quickly scale will attack the machine you fit.
The reading matters because both errors are expensive. Fit an RO to already-low-TDS water and you spend more, waste water to drain, and strip minerals you had no reason to remove. Fit a UV-only unit to high-TDS water and you have disinfected water that still carries everything dissolved in it.
We do this check on site, free, and we will tell you if your existing setup is already correct and needs nothing. There is no obligation to buy — a customer who was told honestly that they did not need a new machine is worth more to us than one sold the wrong one.
