An AMC — annual maintenance contract — exists because of the specific way purifiers fail: quietly. A machine with an exhausted carbon filter or a spent UV lamp keeps running, keeps filling the tank and keeps looking normal, while treating the water less and less. There is no warning light for water that is merely no longer clean. Scheduled servicing is what removes that risk.
A plan puts your visits on a calendar rather than on your memory. Filters get changed on the interval your water actually warrants — which in hard-water or tank-stored supply is sooner than the manufacturer's generic figure — and each visit is recorded, so the service history follows the machine instead of living in someone's head.
Plans also cover you on breakdowns: AMC customers get priority scheduling when something fails outright. If you would rather not commit annually, we service on a per-visit basis too, and we will tell you which works out better for your model and usage rather than defaulting you to the contract.
