Livpure purifier repair in Pune

What commonly goes wrong with Livpure purifiers, what causes it, and what a repair visit actually involves.

What is different about servicing Livpure

Livpure's line-up leans heavily on copper, alkaline and mineral-enrichment stages fitted after the RO membrane. Those extra stages are consumables in their own right, and they are the ones most often left unchanged when a purifier is serviced cheaply — the RO is renewed, the enrichment cartridge is not, and the water stops tasting the way it did when the unit was new.

Every visit starts the same way: we find out what is actually wrong, tell you what it will cost, and only then start work.

Common faults

What usually goes wrong with Livpure purifiers

The symptoms we are called out for most, and what is normally behind them.

  • Water no longer tastes as it did when the unit was new

The copper or alkaline enrichment stage is exhausted. It sits after the membrane and is easy to overlook in a partial service.

  • Tank filling slowly or not at all

A fouled membrane, a failing pump, or low inlet pressure. These present identically, so the diagnosis is a pressure check rather than a guess.

  • Unit running noisily

Usually the pump, either loose in its mount or nearing the end of its life. Worth attending early — a pump run to failure can take the membrane with it.

  • Continuous drain flow between fills

A stuck solenoid or a check valve that is not seating, so treated water runs to waste. This shows up on the water bill before it shows up in performance.

Not sure which of these matches your unit? Send a photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you what we think it is before quoting.

Questions

Livpure repair in Pune

What people ask before booking a repair visit.

My Livpure purifier has stopped working — what does it cost to repair?
We diagnose first and quote before any work begins, so you approve the cost up front. Call +91 81800 55595 or send a photo of the unit on WhatsApp and we can usually narrow it down before the visit.
Do you repair Livpure purifiers bought elsewhere?
Yes. We service Livpure units regardless of where they were bought, including out-of-warranty machines. If your unit is still in warranty, it is usually worth going through the brand first — we will tell you if that applies.
Do you use genuine Livpure parts?
A full Livpure service covers the pre-filters, the RO membrane and the post-RO enrichment stage. We quote the enrichment cartridge separately so you can see it has actually been included. The part that comes out is shown to you and handed over, and the next service due date is recorded.
Which Livpure models can you repair?
We are trained across the Livpure range and stock spares for common models such as Glo Pro+, Bolt+, Envy Alkaline, Zinger Copper. If yours is not listed we most likely still repair it — send a photo to confirm.
Is it worth repairing an old Livpure purifier or replacing it?
It depends on what has failed. A membrane or cartridge stage is a routine replacement; a failed pump or control board on a very old unit can cost enough that a new purifier makes more sense. We tell you which case you are in and let you decide, rather than quoting only for a replacement.
